HEALTH DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the design and implementation of the department procedures and policies (underwriting, claims);
- Manages the operations of the Medisystem products;
- Improve and maintains the medical service provider network;
- Collaborates with the marketing department to monitor market and competition development;
- Ensures compliance with legal and regular affairs procedures.

Profile:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (managerial, health industry);
- Overall understanding of the health insurance role and functions;
- Familiar with the Romanian medical service market;
- Dedicated to health care development;
- Transparent, open and straightforward;
- Excellent English (speaking/presenting, writing and reading).

SENIOR ACTUARY

Job Description:
Within the actuarial team, the jobholder will be responsible for applying knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of finance and business, to calculations in Life, Health and Property&Casualty insurance.

- Conducts analysis, pricing and risk assessment to estimate financial outcomes;
- Performs historical data analysis and trend assumption development;
- Assists in the construction and maintenance of models for life insurance;
- Creates and submits reports on technical data;
- Contributes to new product development;
- Develops formulas to predict and measure gains and losses in insurance products.

Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably with a specialization in actuarial mathematics;
- Participation in an internationally recognized actuarial qualification programme is a strong plus;
- Ability to understand technical and principle based issues;
- Take responsibility for the quality of work performed;
- Good English knowledge;
- Excellent computer operating skills;
- Business awareness
- Quality driven
