Job description: - Works closely with business and functional areas of the company in order to identify and evaluate all significant risks of the company; - Coordinates with other risk control functions to improve our operational risk control processes and leverage internal audit and external reviews to develop a complete and integrated view of risk; - Develops and prepares risk reports and escalates any significant items which could affect Company's current and future risk profile; - Reviews and contributes to the development of relevant policies and control standards; - Helps promote and instill a culture of operational risk control and excellence across the company. Requirements: - University degree in business, economics or IT; - Minimum 3 years working experience in financial controlling/process controlling or internal audit; - Experience in insurance field would be a plus; - English fluency; - Computer friendly (MS Office); - Results-oriented with excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate complex processes to non-technical managers and other stakeholders; - Analytical thinking, detail oriented.
