2. Regional Sales Representative (R.S.R.), for Constanta, Cluj, Brasov, Timis, having the following main responsibilities:
- Contacting and visiting potential new customers, mainly recommended by C.E.Bank and C.E.Leasing, in order to ensure sales targets' achievement;
- Creating, developing and maintaining long-term positive and productive relationships with both C.E.Bank's and C.E.Leasing's regional representatives;
- Providing full consultancy to both group's regional network of employees and the customers, as well as monitoring their satisfaction levels;
- Delivering training sessions to the group's regional network of employees and alternative distribution channels;
- Preparing presentations, sales and marketing reports for the management of the company.
The minimum requirements for the desired employee are:
- University degree (Economics-related post-university degree will be considered as an important asset);
- Significant experience within the non-life insurance sales field;
- Good command of computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and software-learning easiness;
- Impressive sales skills, natural-born communication talent, strong marketing knowledge and great organizational abilities;
- Quick and independent decision-taking personality, combined with permanent team-work availability;
- Pleasant and dynamic appearance, based on a combined business and customers oriented attitude;
- English fluency, both in written and spoken forms.

3. Senior Actuary having the following main responsibilities:
- Performs historical data analysis and trend assumption development
-Assists in the construction and maintenance of models for nonlife insurance;
-Contributes to new product development;
-Creates and submits reports on technical data;
-Creates and submits reports on technical data;
-Develops formulas to predict and measure gains and losses in insurance products;
-Conducts analysis, pricing and risk assessment to estimate financial outcomes;
The minimum requirements for the desired employee are:
-Minimum 2 years experience in the actuarial field;
-Actuarial diploma according to the ISC requirements - registration with the Actuarial Register is a plus;
-Good English knowledge;
-Excellent computer operation skills - experience with statistical packages is a plus;
-Open minded and fast learner.
